I had an amazing experience at this auto mechanic shop. It’s run by a father and son, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. They did a great job on my car, explained everything clearly, and treated me with respect from start to finish. Their customer service was amazing, the prices were fair, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable mechanics who truly care about their customers.

Had a bad experience at this shop. A friend referred them and the price they quoted me was not what i ended up being charged once i arrived. The issue started up again a month later. Had to go to another shop to fix it. I won't be coming back. Came because the price for a part was cheaper but i ended up needing to replace it again 3 months later. Called the shop hoping they would attempt to make it right and they could care less

Definitely do not recommend. I went there for a simple noise and I went back with an even bigger one. Whatever it was. It wasn't fix and then I had more issues. They pricing was ridiculous. And then to have someone else tell me to have it fixed was alot cheaper somewhere else. Went to get my money back and they refused to reimburse me for what I had already paid for even though it was still under warranty. I'm you ever need your car fixed. Look somewhere else

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP. They use subpar parts. Came to the shop in February 2024 to have my CC replaced after a theft and my O2 sensor replaced because it was damaged. Everything was fine but a few months later my Check Engine light came on. I got it checked in October 2024 while doing my inspection and they said it was due to the faulty O2 sensor and to bring it back to J&R since it should still be under warranty. J&R checked it and said it was fine, blamed it on another issue. January 2025, the check engine light is back on again. A second shop said it was the faulty O2 sensor and they switched it out. My car sounds better and the light is finally off. I go to J&R hoping they'd make it right. They said the part was indeed damaged but they can only guarantee a 6 month warranty. The 2 other shops both had a 1 year warranty. I thankfully have no issue with the CC but them not taking responsibility for the faulty part won't have me returning to this shop.

Goes under some other names as well such as You and I and H. Delliver. Discovered them when I had a nearby emergency tire need and they eventually became my main mechanic. Father/son operation with a few other employees; very fair, honest, efficient and friendly
